Salinas leads PRO 6 awardees during 113th Police Service Anniversary

     Camp Francisco U. Sumagaysay Sr, STA. BARBARA, Iloilo – Senior Superintendent Cornelio R. Salinas led other awardees from the Iloilo Police Provincial Office (IPPO) who were recognized during the 113th Police Service Anniversary celebration.

      Salinas, IPPO director, received an Achievement Award in the Field of Operation (Senior PCO), Achievement Award in the Campaign against Organized Crimes/Criminal Gang (PPO) and Recognition for the Unit as Most Number of Firearms Accounted (PPO).

      The awarding ceremony held at the Camp Martin Teofilo B. Delgado on August 10, 2014 also presented Police Inspector John Ryan C. Doceo an Achievement Award in the Field of Operation (Junior PCO) and Police Superintendent Richard Adonis J. Habawel with an Achievement Award in the Field of Intelligence (Junior PCO).

      Moreover, SPO3 Randy M. Moneva received an Achievement Award in the Field of Intelligence (PNCO) while PO3 Ronan N. Palmos received an Achievement Award in the Field of Operation (PNCO).

      Other achievement awardees were Oton Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Passi City Police Station (CPS) for  the arrest of most wanted persons for MPS and CPS categories respectively and Pavia Municipal Police Station as the Most Supportive LGU in the municipal category.

      The awardees were rated as outstanding in the Individual Performance Evaluation Report (IPER) during the second semester of 2014 as a result of their laudable and exemplary performance in Law Enforcement Operation.

      The awards were conferred by PRO 6 director Chief Superintendent Josephus Garote Angan who was joined by Iloilo governor Arthur Defensor Sr and Capiz governor Victor A. Tanco. (30)
